CRTFD will collect job requests, pass them on to the most suitable and available trade within our network and arrange everything communication wise between the two parties to ensure the best service is provided

WHAT CRTFD OFFERS/ THE CrTFD MODEL

Job/ QUOTATION

CRTFD will be notified of a job request, the team will match the best/ available trade within our network to quote the job and secure the project if agreed by both parties 

Step 1

Payment/ Fee

CRTFD will take that quotation, add our relevant service fee and invoice the client directly

This will be paid prior to any works and held by CRTFD until the project is successfully complete or a relevant milestone payment has been met

(Say goodbye to jobs half paid or never paid, the full funding is secured upfront, this gives CRTFD the power in the project)

Project Completion

Upon project completion, CRTFD will manage the payment to the trades, upon customer confirmation and site inspection

The trade will be required to provide any changes to the project, relevant information etc to ensure the client is left with as much knowledge as possible depending on the project 

Step 4

Feedback/ socials

The CRTFD team will request client feedback of the team on the job ensuring client facing team members are upholding a respectful and responsible workman-like manner onsite

CRTFD offer the trades in our network a social media service (at an extra cost) in which project images, videography, feedback will be collected, posted and accumulated for relevant social pages, our page of works and also website content (as requested)
